Shortlisted: Royal Academy Summer Exhibition

I am pleased to say that my painting 'Yearning' (pictured) has been shortlisted for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition is the ​largest, most popular open exhibition in the United Kingdom, with around 15,000 entries this year. I have loved the Royal Academy of Arts since I was a young child, ​and it is my first time entering the competition, so this was very encouraging news to have and a great confidence boost!

I have to deliver the painting to the Royal Academy in May, and the final results will be announced shortly after.
